beautiful on the inside and thats all that matters: Human rights issue →

what i hate the most in this world is when people speak without thinking especially about topics which are so personal and sensitive. the Armenian Genoicide HAS HAPPENED, no question. please take 5  minutes to research it, look through the images watch the videos. then read the reasons as to why turkey isn’t accepting then form a cohesive statement , then speak because you are so  ignorant, and disrespectful. those millions of armenians who were slaughtered in the most brutal way are being forgotten in the world. why i ask you why? were the lives of the jews that were lost during the holocaust more important? Armenians have such a beautiful culture and heritage but it seems that no one cares, and everyone is ignoring this genocide, which doesn’t concern only armeinans, it concerns the entire human race. it is a violation of BASIC human rights, its disgusting. This makes me so angry because people don’t want to set aside their bias’s and open their minds to consider FACTS, not opinions and form their thoughts based on those.

DON’T PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH RACES ARE IMPORTANT AND WHICH DEATHS SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED. HAVE SOME DECENCY AND AND AT LEAST SHOW SOME RESPECT.

i really don’t understand why every single year we have to march for our voices to not be heard again. don’t get me wrong, i’m not saying the actual fight for recognition of the Armenian Genocide is wrong, but the mere fact that others see this day as our “day off.” i’m sorry but this isn’t our “day off.” this is our fight for all you blunt people out there, each and every single person who is in denial of something that has actual recording proof of such a horrendous crime. it annoys me and disappoints me how people don’t even know who Armenians are , let alone know what the genocide was. Why do we, women, men, babies, teens, adults, old grandparents have to walk every single year claiming justice. is it so hard to just accept the fact that this happened? no one dare say, “if they do accept it, and then what?” how blunt and ignorant and stupid are you people? sometimes i’m just shocked at how clueless people can be. it breaks my heart to see so many old grandparents coming to the march every year. Some of the attenders of the march can’t walk, they come in wheel chairs. i saw people with a broken leg actually attending the rally, all for what? for the same thing to happen all over again. we get a 3 minute spotlight on the news and that’s it. and everyone forgets about it again? for gods sake, the gay parade is publicized more then something that actually matters! Obama, you’re just crap. least you can do is keep your promise. yes we get it, it’s a political issue. but at least don’t be a hypocrite. no one forced you to promise. so if you promised, stick by your words. if you can’t, then shut up. Because justice and equality for all is much more important then your dumb military bases. at least that’s what America claims write? There’s all these civil rights acts going on, but when it comes to the Armenians, we’re just simply ignored.
not only should Armenians be spreading the word, but each and every one of you should. why don’t people educate themselves? honestly, it’s pathetic and sad how some of you guys just claim it as the “genocide thingy.” i’m sorry but it’s not just a “thingy.” it’s something. something that you should know by now. because 97 years later, the fact that many people still don’t know what’s going on, is disappointing, exhausting, pathetic, and sad. Hispanics, Indians, Asians, Jews, who ever you are, why don’t you spread the word? stop sitting at home. why don’t you do something about it? because we don’t need Armenians to recognize the Genocide, we need GLOBAL recognition. so start acting now, because we can’t fight this alone.

i went on a mission trip to Armenia this summer, and i absolutely loved it! your blog reminds me of all the friends and memories i have there:)
